01Set up access
Owners can add managers. Owners and managers can invite tournament admins and judges. Admins run only their assigned tournaments. Judges score only their assignments.
- Open Team access.
- Choose a role and either all tournaments or specific tournaments.
- Copy the one-time invitation link and send it yourself. Tourney Studio does not email it.
- The recipient signs in as the invited account and accepts from that link.
02Build and publish
Use the Organizer desk to create a draft, check entrants, call official bracket results, and deliberately move through draft, published, live, and completed states. “New tournament” appears only for people allowed to create.
Never treat a judging card as an official bracket result. An organizer still calls the result.
03Give judges the full card
For Blunt Force, review the confirmed head-to-head battles and invite judges with access to this event. Judges open the card and choose Judge this card, then score each battle. Saving the event card publishes its matchups and prepares scorecards for active judges. Enter later rounds only when their matchups are confirmed.
For other tournaments, use Judging to assign a judge to an existing bracket match.
04Score with LOUPE
Each side is scored independently. Save drafts while working, then review and submit. Submission locks the card until a scoped organizer reopens it with a reason.
- L — Lyricism: 1–10
- O — Overall performance impact: 1–5
- U — Uniqueness: 1–5
- P — Preference: 1–3
- E — Execution: 1–5

Review, then record the official result
Operators can read submitted cards, reopen them for correction, or revoke an assignment while preserving its record. Tourney Studio does not combine judges’ totals, break ties, or automatically select a winner. The organizer reviews each card and records the official result separately.
For Blunt Force, mark a battle Live to close fan predictions. After the decision, select the official winner and mark the battle Completed. Fans see the result on the event page; private judging notes stay private. Fan predictions are not official results. Corrections require confirmation and a reason.
