Welcome to PUB HUB, operated by Parallel Universe Bars ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use PUB HUB.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use PUB HUB. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- PUB HUB offers free and paid subscription tiers (Universe Member, Dimension Traveler, Multiverse Creator)
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us if you believe a charge was made in error
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
4. AI-Generated Content
PUB HUB provides AI-powered tools including 3D action figure generation and video creation. By using these tools:
- You retain ownership of the images and prompts you provide as input
- AI-generated outputs (images, videos) are provided for your personal and promotional use within the battle rap community
- You may not use AI-generated content to impersonate real people, create misleading media, or for any unlawful purpose
- You may not use the service to generate deepfakes, non-consensual imagery of real persons, or any content that violates the usage policies of our AI providers
- AI generation uses credits included with your subscription tier — additional credits may be purchased separately
- We do not guarantee specific results from AI generation; outputs may vary
5. User Content and Conduct
When you upload content, submit battles, or interact with PUB HUB, you agree to:
- Only upload content you own or have permission to use
- Not upload content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or violates another person's rights
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the platform or other users' experience
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
6. Discord Community
- Connecting your Discord account is optional but required for accessing tier-specific Discord roles and channels
- Discord roles are automatically managed based on your active subscription tier
- Community behavior in our Discord server is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and our server rules
7. Intellectual Property
- The PUB HUB platform, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Parallel Universe Bars
- You retain ownership of your original content (lyrics, uploaded images, etc.) that you submit to the platform
- By submitting content to PUB HUB, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform (e.g., on the timeline, in battles)
- You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us
8. Merch Store
- Merchandise purchases are separate from subscriptions
- All sales are processed through our payment provider
- Shipping times and availability may vary
- Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance
9. League Hosting
- League organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their league information
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove league listings at our discretion
- PUB HUB is not responsible for disputes between league organizers and participants
10. Limitation of Liability
PUB HUB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
- We are not responsible for content generated by AI tools or content submitted by other users
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or prolonged inactivity
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, but these terms continue to apply to any prior use
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PUB HUB after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of PUB HUB shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
